Refund policy

We offer a 30 day money back policy. If you're not completely happy with your order once it arrives, simply contact us to let us know about an issues.

We can advise you on how to send your order back to us. Once we've received your return we can issue your refund.

Please note that while we do our best to dispatch on time, there are still delays possible in the postal system which are out of our control. We hope your order arrives on time, and we ask our customers to please bear with us while the postal services irons things out.

We are unable to offer refunds on items that are delayed in the post. However, in the unlikely event your order is lost in the post we will of course replace or refund.
