POSTERS
When purchasing a customised print we will send a mock-up before printing. When you are happy with how your mock-up looks, for example, the colour & size, we can begin the printing process.
Depending how quickly you let us know you're ready to print, and the amount of prints you require, we may be able to deliver the same working day.
If we are not able to deliver the same working day due to any of the factors mentioned here, we will likely supply a next working day delivery to SN1 and local areas.
CANVAS PRINTS
Our canvasses are made-to-order. Our frames are handmade using the finest pine wood
When you order a personalised canvas print, we'll email you a mock-up of your image on canvas.
Feel free to request any alterations to your personalised canvas print, and when you're happy with how your preview looks we're all set and ready to print!
Printing on canvas begins once you have confirmed your mock-up, if you have ordered our "in-house" wall decor prints we can begin printing straight away.
Your canvas print is then covered with a layer of liquid laminate, which provides protection from scuffs and UV sunlight.
After the lacquer has fully dried we can then begin stretching your canvas print across one of our handmade pine frames. Your canvas is then safely packed ready for delivery.
The process of printing, laminating and framing the canvas usually takes about 24 hours. In some cases we may be able to provide a same working day delivery to SN1 or local areas, however a speedy next working day service or even a two working day service is more likely, due to the process of mock-up confirmation right through to packing your canvas.
Delivery times do vary depending on the number ordered, and if ordering personalised items, we can only start the process of printing once you've confirmed your mock-up.
PERSONALISED FACE MASK PRINTING
The masks are ideal if you're working closely with the public or other colleagues in shops or the hospitality industry, helping staff feel safer and customers at ease, while still displaying your brand.
It is important to note that these coverings are not sold as PPE and are not medical grade. They do, however, have multiple layers of fabric & some of the range come with insertable filters.
Photos can also be printed to our masks. Use your most cherished photos, or make your friends & colleagues laugh by printing a facial expression!
As with other items, same working day delivery, next working day delivery and 2 working day delivery to Okus, Swindon and local areas are possible, this greatly depends on the quantity ordered and how fast you confirm you preview.
MUGS
We stock a range of mugs ready to be personalised with your photo or logo. Standard 11oz, 12oz latte and the taller 17oz latte mugs.Customised mugs will be printed once you have confirmed the look of your mock-up. We send these to check you are happy with the positioning of the image before we print.
